1. The product
Hey Little Brain sells downloadable, printable activity kits for children. Everything is delivered digitally — nothing ships.
2. License
When you buy a kit, you get a personal, non-transferable license to print and use it at home with your own family. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files. Schools and groups: contact us for a license.
3. Refunds
Our kits are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase, so all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Full details — and the situations in which we will still happily help — are on our Refund Policy page.
EU customers: digital products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). By completing checkout you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal.
If anything goes wrong on our side — a duplicate charge, a missing download, a technical issue we can't resolve — please email support@heylittlebrain.com and a real human will reply.
4. Disclaimer
Our kits are designed for general learning, focus and fun. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that can't be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Texas), without limiting your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
