Every kit we send is made by hand, with love.
I started Hey Little Brain on my kitchen table — late at night, in between bedtimes, sketching pages I wished someone had handed me when my own kids were small.
Every printable in your inbox started as a real afternoon in a real home — a moment of meltdown, a missed nap, a "please, just five quiet minutes" — that I tried to turn into something gentle on paper.
Because the kits are digital, the moment you check out, the whole library is yours. You can print it tonight, hand it to your child tomorrow, and keep it on your shelf for every sibling that follows. Nothing ships. Nothing expires. It's simply yours.
That immediacy is the magic of what we do — and it's also why our refund policy is a little different from a physical shop. Once a file has been delivered, we can't un-send it, and we treat every purchase as a small piece of trust between you and our tiny team.

Refund Policy
At Hey Little Brain, we work hard to make every kit useful, beautiful and kind on a parent's afternoon. Please take a moment to read this before checking out.
Digital products
All items sold on Hey Little Brain are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
When we cannot refund
To keep things fair for our small team, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the files have been delivered
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of compatibility with your device or printer (please review product details before buying)
- Failure to download or use the file, unless caused by a technical issue on our end
- Lack of use, or results that differ from expectations
When we will happily help
Refunds may be considered in rare cases where something has clearly gone wrong on our side, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You never received access to your download
- A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved
In any of these situations, please write to support@heylittlebrain.com with your order number and a short note about what happened. We'll get back to you quickly and make sure you receive your kit.

If you don't see your download link a few minutes after checkout, please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Just email us — we'll resend everything by hand.
